Q. When do online entries close?
A. i. Entries for the Series close 19 January, 2018 at 6:00pm
ii. Entries for White Rock Round 1 close 19 January, 2018 at 6:00pm
iii. Entries for the Hidden Vale Adventure Park Round 2 close 9 February, 2018 at 6:00pm
iv. Entries for the Castle Hill Round 3 close on the 2 March, 2018 at 6:00pm
Q. How do I get the complimentary series tee?
A. All series entries received by the series entry cut-off date (19 January, 2018), will be eligible for the complimentary series shirt.
A. Registration will be located in the main Event HQ area at each location. Registration packs will be available for collection up to 20 minutes prior to your event start. Q. Can I enter on the day?
A. Yes, entries will be accepted on the day, but a late fee of $10 will be incurred. Q. Is camping available?
A. Camping is unavailable at the Series locations Q. Are we allowed to bring pets to the event? A. No pets will be allowed at any of the event locations. OFFICIALS AND MARSHALS Entrants and support crew/non-entrants must obey the directions of Race Officials and Marshals at all times.CATEGORIES The age for age-based categories is the entrant’s age on your event day. If you have entered the event series, your age-based category is the entrant’s age on the event day of the last round. A entrant can only enter one category in the chosen event. An entrant cannot change entry category once their event has started.THE COURSE The course will be marked by arrows, signs and bunting. Entrants must follow the course and it is the sole responsibility of the entrant to stay on the course. An entrant who leaves the course for any reason must return to that same point on the course to resume the event.CHECKPOINT AREAS Checkpoint areas are part of the course. All entrants will pass through them during the entry. Please keep the traffic flow area clear.
ATTACHING YOUR NUMBER PLATE Attach your race number to the front of your body using either four safety pins, or a purpose designed race belt, ensuring that your race number can be easily seen from the front. The plate cannot be altered, obscured, cut or de-faced.
WITHDRAWING FROM THE EVENT Entrants may withdraw from the event at any time. If they choose to withdraw, they must notify the event staff at the timing tent. A entrant who withdraws is not allowed to rejoin or resume the event.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE General first aid care during the event is provided by our Medical team. If you are injured and assisted back to the event centre, then your result will not be recorded. Following treatment, the event organiser will make a decision on whether you are allowed to continue the event, based on available medical advice.
TIMING For timed events, times will be recorded via electronic timing transponders attached to your race number plates. Electronic Timing transponders will be provided to every rider competing in Short and Long distance events. To have event times recorded, entrants MUST have their event number plate (with transponder) attached to their front from event start through to event finish. NO TRANSPONDER – NO TIME

PODIUM PRESENTATIONS The presentations and awards will be held at 0830 hrs on the event day. Podium winners must be present in order to receive their prizes.
